Visual Components

Ling-Tech uses Visual Components (VC) software for pre-layout and planning of customer-required equipment in the virtual world during the factory planning phase. This allows us to achieve what would be physically implemented in the real world beforehand. Through VR, we demonstrate the bending process and optimize production layout, resource utilization, capacity, and efficiency.

Data collection, analysis, and an optimized report are completed pre-production. We integrate adjusted equipment from virtually to physically, performing joint debugging in various fields. Ling-Tech's experience combines the virtual and real, giving customers a preview of future factory deployment. Real-time synchronization between 3D models and actual robots is showcased in the video.

Bending, Welding, and Assembly

Ling-Tech handles one of our clients' existing Bending, Welding, and Assembly fabrications, aiming to reduce labor costs and enhance productivity through robotic arms. Blanking Production + AVG System

Streamlined Production

This video reveals a comprehensive process of 10 pivotal workstations. It captures base loading, sensor fuse assembly, screw locking, lid integration, relay assembly, dust removal, flipping, extra screw fastening, bridge assembly, final screw fastening, dust removal, pre-heating with insulation film, pre-heating and adhesive insulation pad, safety and EOL testing, labeling, and manual final inspection.

This intricate project unfolds through meticulous simulation, tracing its trajectory from inception. Ling-Tech's involvement commenced in August 2021, culminating in a design package by November.

Delivered to the client in February 2022, it led to mass production by June. By October 2022, the successful transfer of the production line marked a triumphant chapter in this transformative journey towards efficiency and innovation.
